Earlier in her career, Aswathy worked as a school counsellor and career guidance professional, conducting numerous one-on-one sessions, workshops, and career fairs.
Over the years, she has earned credentials such as the International Behaviour Therapist certification and a Professional Teacher’s License from the Ministry of Education, UAE.
These qualifications, combined with hands-on counselling experience, allow her to guide students not only in academics but also in developing the life skills and resilience needed to succeed beyond the classroom.
